Tools

The system, in the parts you can run yourself.

We build growth systems for artists, and we shoot the shows they play. These are the pieces of that work that don't need us in the room. Tools for artists and managers running their own shows and releases, and tools for the photographers and videographers trying to get booked on them.

The tools

Pick the problem you actually have

Each one is a piece of the system we run for clients, cut down to the part you can run yourself. Two sets, depending on which side of the show you're standing on.

For artists and managers

The pieces of the growth system you can run without us: what you ask for before a show, what you do with a release, and what happens to every file after.

  • Show Media Brief Kit

Media Brief & Post-Show Content Schedule

One page you send before every show, so your shooter arrives knowing exactly what the night needs. Then a schedule that turns what they deliver into thirty days of posts.

    • PDF
    • DOCX
    • XLSX
    Checkout opening soon
  • Release Rollout Calendar

    Rollout Plan & Asset Checklist

Enter your release date and the Calendar builds the six weeks before it, backward, then keeps going for four weeks after. Deadlines stay separate from posts that can move.

    • XLSX
    Checkout opening soon
  • The Content Vault

    Asset Library & Usage Log

You have the shot. You just can't find it. Log every file once and it stays findable: what it is, where it came from, how good it is, and whether you have used it.

    • Google Sheets
    Checkout opening soon
  • Growth Systems Teardown

Recorded Audit & Priority Fix List

Send your socials, releases and content archive. Get back a recorded walkthrough of what is leaking, what to fix first, and what to build in what order. The full $197 comes off the Session.

The bundle

All Three Tools

The Kit organizes one show. The Calendar organizes one release. The Vault organizes everything across time.

Each tool solves its own problem on its own. Together they cover the whole loop: what you ask for before a show, what you do with a release, and what happens to every file after.

  • Show Media Brief Kit $17
  • Release Rollout Calendar $19
  • The Content Vault $29

For photographers and videographers

The other side of the same job. You can already shoot it; this is how you get booked to shoot it.

  • Artist Outreach OS

    Outreach Tracker & Contact Directory

You found out they were playing your city the week after the show. This is the pipeline and the contact book that stops that happening, with follow-ups that fire on their own.

    • Google Sheets
    • Gmail

If you would rather not run it

The tools are the floor, not the ceiling.

A workbook can tell you what to shoot and when to post it. It can't shoot it, cut it, or sit in your analytics on a Tuesday working out why one cut moved and the other didn't. That's what the tiers are for, and they start with a single session.

Before you buy

Straight answers,
about files and what they do.

What you get, what it opens in, and where each tool stops.

01 Do I need Excel to use these?

Not for any of them, and the Content Vault won't work in it at all: it runs on a script that only exists in Google Sheets. The Brief Kit and the Rollout Calendar open in either, and the Brief Kit also ships a Word version of the brief if Google Docs is where you live.

02 Which one should I start with?

Match it to the problem in front of you. If you're an artist or a manager: the Brief Kit is for the show you have booked, the Rollout Calendar is for the release you have coming, and the Vault is for the years of footage you already own and can't find. If you shoot shows for a living, the Artist Outreach OS is the one built for you.

03 Why are there tools for photographers on an artist site?

Because it's the same job from the other side. We're a growth partner for artists and we shoot the shows they play, so we end up solving both halves. An artist briefing a shooter and a shooter chasing a booking are the two ends of one problem.

04 Does the Artist Outreach OS work without Gmail?

Only partly, and it's worth knowing before you pay. The drafting, send detection, reply detection, bounce tracking and threading all run through Gmail or Google Workspace. On Outlook or anything else the sheet still works as a tracker, but the automation doesn't.

05 Is this the same as working with you?

No. These are the systems we run for clients, cut down to the part you can run on your own. The tiers are us running the whole thing with you. If you want the thinking applied to your specific catalog and calendar, that starts with the Growth Blueprint Session.

06 Is it a subscription?

One payment, yours to keep. The Brief Kit gets reused every show, the Rollout Calendar is built for one release at a time, and the Vault runs continuously for as long as you keep logging files. The Outreach OS is a sheet copied into your own Drive, so it's yours outright and nothing runs on our servers.

07 Can I send the Brief to any shooter?

That's what it's for. It works with a shooter you hired, a friend with a camera, or a media team a promoter assigned you. Send them the editable version, not a flattened one, so they can fill in the return block and send it back.

08 Why can I not buy the Vault or the Outreach OS yet?

Different reasons, both honest. The Vault isn't finished, and we aren't taking money for a file that doesn't exist. The Outreach OS is finished and tested, but nobody has run a real campaign through it yet, so it goes on sale once one has. Both are described in full so you can see what is coming.
